3 Beds, 2&1/2 Baths, $3900 in closing costs, Seller paid Repairs $4200, and No payment for 50 days!

We decided to buy a new home and began searching online. We found a FREE list of 3 Plus Bedroom Paulding County Homes under $150,000 with PRICES, ADDRESSES, & DESCRIPTIONS, offered by Atlanta Northwest Realty’s Paulding & Polk Team. Craig helped us get an incredible 3 bedroom, 2&1/2 bathroom home within our budget! The Seller agreed to pay $3,900.00 in closing costs, repair the foundation at a cost of $4,200.00, AND Craig set the closing date so we wouldn’t have a house payment until 50 days later!
