3. List of Owners, ownership percentages, SS#’s or Tax ID #s
4. Annual Profit & Loss Statement (Profit and Loss Standard & Profit and Loss Detail Reports for 01/01/11 through 12/31/11 for those who use QuickBooks)
5. Balance Sheet as of 12/31/11 (Balance Sheet Standard & Balance Sheet Detail Reports for 01/01/11 through 12/31/11 for those who use QuickBooks)
6. Detail Asset Listing with asset start dates
7. Date incorporated or S-Corp establishment date (if applicable)
8. Prior year tax return (if applicable)
9. Other items depending on individual situation

1. All W-2’s, 1099s, interest/dividend statements, investment records, and other sources of income
2. Social Security numbers for you as well as your spouse and children.

5. A copy of prior year tax returns
6. Other items depending on individual situation

If your credit file shows any noteworthy change in your account such as: a late payment, a new account opened, or even a inquiry of your credit, you will receive and email notification. Credit Karma CEO and founder Kenneth Lin says, “We’re not going to sell your data. We’re not going to spam you. And we’re not going to charge you.”

Although they are not going to sell your information, they may use your registration profile to match you with offers from their marketing partners.  If you OPT IN, (see bottom of sign up page) to be notified by email, they will send you emails.  If you don’t opt in, you will see display ads while on their site. Either way, the marketing partners will not see your credit score or credit file. 

They only ask for your name, address, and the last four digits of your Social Security number. Credit Karma CEO and founder Kenneth Lin stated this works 90 percent of the time. If you are one of the 10% of people who this does not work for, you will be asked to provide your full SSN to use the service. 

Obviously, this not the same protection as you can get from a company that charges for every day monitoring of all three credit bureaus. It is also not as good as doing a full credit freeze, which is the best way to protect your credit.  This is for people who want extra protection without extra cost.

There are 6.58 Dallas Georgia homes selling each month in the $175K-200K price range.  There are only 79 Dallas Georgia homes on the market and it will only take 9.3 months to sell all of these homes in this price range.  This means the demand is increasing, supply is decreasing, and prices are begining to rise.  Over the next few months prices should rise further.  We suspect in the spring of 2012 we will see prices go up even more.  DON'T WAIT!  The average sold price in the $175K-200K price range during the last 12 months in Dallas Georgia was $182,104.  In this environment we are seeing homes that are priced at or below this price get purchased quickly.  If you want to buy a Dallas Georgia home in the $175K-200K price range and you see it priced for $163,800 to $172,900  YOU NEED TO BUY IT!
