My wife, Kristie, and I decided it was time to move into a home we could grow into. We knew just who to contact about selling our home. We called my brother, Craig Summers of Atlanta Northwest Realty’s Paulding & Polk Team, to speak with him about selling our home. Craig and I talked over the phone and I asked him to tell me honestly at what price he thought we should list our home.
