In July of 2012, we were renting for $750.00 and decided it was time to buy a home. We began searching online and we found www.pauldingandpolk.com with an online form for a FREE list of 3 Plus Bedroom Paulding County Homes under $150,000 with PRICES, ADDRESSES, & DESCRIPTIONS. We filled out the form and received a call from Craig Summers of Atlanta Northwest Realty’s Paulding & Polk Team. We explained to Craig we’d had a business take a down turn with the economy and we lost a tractor trailer in the process. We went back the next day to check out the neighborhood and another agent was showing the home. We explained we’d gotten the home under contract and asked if we could walk through it while the agent was there and they agreed. Unfortunately, we found water damage in a finished basement room.
