Great News For Those Buying Paulding County Homes!

A lot of folks wait to sell their Paulding County homes during the summer months. The statistics below show Paulding County home sales priced between $125K and $150K for April 2015. These statistics show the number of days on market has increased by 8 days over the last 4 months. That doesn’t seem like much, but it’s a HUGE shift! We’ve been seeing multiple offers on every home we’ve offered on for the past year or so, but now we’re seeing our buyers have a little less competition for the homes they want and it’s helping level off the prices. Our clients have been paying more than list price for the homes because of the multiple offers, however, now they are paying slightly less than the list price.
