Last year’s statistics show us the percentage chance of selling went down each month from May until December. You can see from the below it seems as if this year we’ll see the same trend. If you want to sell as quickly as possible, now is the time to get your home listed!!! If you don’t get your home on the market today, your chances of selling could decrease with each passing day!

Don’t think, I’ll wait to sell during the summer months. That IS NOT A GOOD PLAN and the stats below prove it. The other trend the statics are showing us is that it’s taking longer number of days to sell. After hovering around 20 days for the 12 months, in the last four months it’s gone up 12 days! The higher number of days on the market means the market is getting overloaded with homes. This is not good for those of you who believe you should sell during the summer months. If everyone waits, the market is only going to become further SATUATED with homes! If you’ve been thinking of selling, DON’T WAIT! The longer you wait will decrease your chances of selling. The homes selling in June & July are going under contract RIGHT NOW!
