Spring & Summer may be the best time to sell Paulding County Homes, BUT, the Stats show A spike in sales in January & February of 2014. This is not a rarity, this is the norm! Winter is also a GREAT TIME TO SELL Paulding County homes. You can see below that in 2013 & 2014 December, January, & February are all months with EXTREMELY HIGH chances of selling! Although December 2014 dropped slightly we expect things to jump back up in January 2015.
