Paulding County Homes: Catch The February Upswing!

The percentage chance of selling Paulding County Homes has been INCREDIBLE this year!  As you can see below things slowed in October and November, but that’s simply because folks were more focused on the Holidays.  As you can see, folks have gotten their Holiday shopping done and have begun buying homes again.  This is great news for sellers.  The even better news is that the data shows February was the best selling month of the past twelve.  If you want to get your home sold, get it ready and get it on the market TODAY, buyer’s making offers in the next month will be closing in February and YOU DON’T WANT TO MISS YOUR BEST CHANCE TO SELL!

The below is the December 2016 Market Absorption for Paulding County homes ranging from $125K-150K.  This data will show you what we’re talking about.

As you can see by the data, it is not a good plan to wait to sell in the Summer months!  Note the stats from 2016 show that sales actually DECREASE DRAMATICALLY after April, during those summer months.  Sales only briefly pick back up in August & September before slumping again in October & November.  Think about it, kids get out of school for the Summer and people go on vacation.  Simply put, they are focused on activities other than home shopping.
