We expected to see a DECREASE in the chances of selling in October, boy were we wrong.  Instead the chances of selling increased 26.1%.  As you can see in the below data, October & November had lower percentage chances of selling and things picked back up in December.  This has been the case for the last several years.  This month’s increase is uncharted territory.  Don’t wait, get your home on the market NOW!

The below is the October 2017 Market Absorption for Paulding County homes ranging from $125K-150K.  This data will show you what we’re talking about.
