Paulding County Homes: Good News For Home Buyers!

The chances of Paulding County Homes selling started going back up in December and when you look at the 2016 data below, you’ll see February through April is THE HOTTEST TIME OF THE YEAR FOR BUYING A HOME!  Did I just hear you think, “That’s not good news?” It really is, if you’ll look at the 2016 numbers, you’ll see that home sales drastically decreased in May.  The good news is, May is just a few days away.  That means there should be less competition for the available homes and better chance of you finding one you like.

There is more good news; homes on the market today are typically in NEAR PERFECT CONDITION.  Why?  It’s what buyers are demanding.  It’s hard to list and sell for top dollar without having top quality.  Even more good news; Buyers have a ton of choices of homes in pristine condition.  Still more good news; savvy home shoppers can get EXTREMELY GOOD DEALS on the homes that need a little TLC (that’s Tender Loving Care).  Either way, if you’re looking for a home the most important “good news” is that there is about to be significantly less competition for those homes.  Folks are shifting their focus to end of school year activities, vacation, summer camps/activities, and the like.  May, June, & July are some of the best months to buy because of what I just mentioned, but also because for some reason a vast majority of people, including those in the real estate industry, believe summer is the best time to sell a home.  There should be more choices and less competition, THAT’S NOT GOOD NEWS, IT’S GREAT NEWS!
