Well it looks like someone read our article last month, maybe a few someones. Chances of Selling Paulding County Homes increased 26.1% in the last month. I have to say in the 12 years I’ve been in real estate, I’ve never seen an October Sales Increase. We are in uncharted territory here! What does that mean? We don’t really know, we hope it’s just a fluke and that things are back to normal next month, at least our clients sake. Typically November is another GREAT time to buy a home! What I will say, is this, even if the chances of selling increase, there is NO REASON to sit and wait, if you want to buy. There are still great homes for, great prices! Most of the Paulding County homes on the market are priced very similarly to what the same type of home would have sold for 10 years ago. It’s time to get out there and buy your dream home!
