Paulding County Homes: Winter Months Are The BEST Time To Sell!

Just as I stated last month, the folks in the real estate sales & investing industry ARE WRONG!!  They’ve been telling me for years, “Summer is the best time to sell a home.”  It’s NOT TRUE and the below data proves it!  The Winter months are the best time to have Paulding County homes on the market.  The winter sales season started in December and just as I said we would, we’ve seen an increase in sales in January!  The chances of selling Paulding County homes will peak in February 2017.  Get your home ready and on the market NOW in order to sell in February.

The Paulding County home selling statistics listed below are from January 2017 Market Absorption Rate for Paulding County homes priced between $100,000 and $125,000.

The statistics show that Paulding County homes have had over 100% chance of selling for the past year, with the days on market being between 50-60 days.  You can also see that February 2016 had the absolute highest percentage.  I’m predicting the same for 2017!  In order to sell in the top selling month of February, your home needs to get an offer in January.  DON’T WAIT any longer before you put your home on the market, the chances of selling will decrease each month and may not pick back up in July like they did last year.
