Success With 3 Different Real Estate Transactions, What An Agent!

Several years ago, we had a home on the market for sale and Craig Summers was working with a cash buyer and, even though our home was not an exact match for his client, he still told her about it and brought her over to see it.  The buyer loved our home and Craig quickly worked with her to make us a full price offer.  Not only that, but he worked through the inspection very well and was able to help us sell our home, being the buyer’s agent for his client.

Fast forward a few years, we had completely redone another home and decided to contact Craig because we liked the way he handled the last transaction as the buyer’s agent.  Craig came out, and looked over the home and suggested a list price at which to get the home sold in a matter of days; but, he said we should list our home for a higher price because the level of upgrades was amazing and should bring a higher price.  After just one month on the market, we received a full price offer with a couple of small concessions and decided to accept it.  Craig was great! He helped us work through the home inspection, the appraisal, and even gave us the name and number of a moving company that helped several of his other clients in order to help us move more efficiently.

Well, we remodeled and sold our latest home to our daughter and were looking for another home.  We again decided to reach out to Craig, this time to be our buyer’s agent.  Craig quickly worked to get us the home we wanted.  He was great, meeting with us and multiple companies for inspections.  After all the inspections were completed, there were some extremely expensive foundation issues found.  Craig worked for us and listened to us and even made suggestions on how to work through this situation with the seller.  After we agreed as to what we wanted from the seller, Craig immediately began working with their listing agent to make the deal work.  He did, and we got a very large price reduction to help offset the cost of the foundation repairs.

We’ve now worked with Craig in 3 different real estate sales transactions.  His patience, ability to listen and offer suggestions to make a transaction win-win for both sides is incredible!  We highly recommend him to sell your home or help you buy your next home.
