“I heard of Craig Summers with Cobb County Realty’s Paulding & Polk Team from my sister. I contacted Craig about buying a home. He informed me the Paulding & Polk Team offered a FREE list of 3 Plus Bedroom Dallas Georgia Homes under $150,000 with PRICES, ADDRESSES, & DESCRIPTIONS. I told him I had my eye on a specific home I wanted. Our appraisal was completed and came back $3,500.00 less than the agreed purchase price. Craig again went to work. He explained to the seller’s listing agent this was an FHA appraisal and would attach to this home for six months in FHA’s records. This meant that if any other person made an offer using FHA financing, they would have an issue with the purchase price for six months. The seller realized they needed to take heed and agreed to our new offer.Because of Craig’s detailed explanation of the FHA appraisal, he was able to get the purchase price reduced by $6,850.00 and got the seller to pay $5,447.09 in closing costs. The coolest thing was I got a check for $424.30 at the closing table! Craig’s hard work on my behalf greatly helped me purchase this home; it paid off HUGE!
