We Told You Winter Months Are A GREAT Time To SELL Paulding County Homes!

For a few weeks we’ve been writing about the Winter months being a GREAT TIME TO SELL Paulding County homes, now we’re seeing the increase in sales happen. Although, most people, even real estate professionals and investors, think Summer is the best time to sell Paulding County Homes, the Winter is one of the BEST TIMES to sell. Look at the below data from October 2013 through February 2014. You can see December, January, & February are all months with higher chances of selling! Most people don’t think about it, but in order to actually close on their home in these winter months with high percentage chances of selling, they need to have their home on the market before then.
